TRACKING SHIPPING and RETURNS

YOUR PARCEL SHIPPING

After approved payment It takes approximately 72h business days to deal and send your order.

Delivery takes minimum 48h for France and Europe.
Once we provide you with the tracking number, you will be able to check the item delivery status online.

The delivery is at the delivery address given by the customer. Attention : the name of the receiver given by the customer must be on the mail box. Buyers will be responsible for any addresses errors and return shipping fees incurred.


This time is given as an indication, De Paris is not responsible for any delay due to the shipping. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package become trackable while they are being logged by the respective shipping company. This is outside our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.

EUROPE   + 7,00€

REUNION ISLAND : 12€   

USA and CANADA : 14€

YOUR PACKAGE RETURN

Products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. De Paris will NOT pay the shipping fee of the outward bound replacement item if you want an exchange. You must pay the shipping cost to return your parcel.

Connect on your De Paris account « My account/My orders » , choose the relevant order, tick on the products that you want to return and valid your claim.

After we receive your return enquiry, we will send an email notification.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Following confirmation, we will authorize the refund for you, this usually takes 7 working days for us to process following receipt of your package and we will send email notification. The payment method and policy of the respective payment providers determine when the refund will appear in your account balance.
